The Sr. HR Business Partner provides HR partnership to Global Research and Development teams. This role will execute the HR strategy in support of the overall business objectives with emphasis on talent management, coaching, organizational design, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement and creating a world-class associate experience. This is an onsite role in Sunnyvale, CA.

The salary range for this role is $180,000-200,000. This is a good-faith estimate of possible compensation; actual pay may vary and is at the company's discretion. The role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.
