What You Can Expect
Directs Human Resources strategy and support for the Americas Commercial, Pricing, Med Ed and Marketing organizations. In partnership with the business leaders, establishes the strategic priorities and direction of the HR function to help drive business outcomes, talent and organizational priorities. Drives organizational change and improvements to ensure HR structure, policies and practices are continuously aligned with strategic business objectives.
