Ladders seeks a Sr HR Business Partner - G&A to collaborate with G&A and creative leaders, shaping people strategy and organizational design for a rapidly scaling healthcare organization.

You will guide managers on performance, employee relations, and headcount planning while aligning HR practices with business priorities to support growth and an evolving care model. This remote role offers visibility across the enterprise and the chance to influence talent outcomes.

Competenze

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in fast-paced G&A and creative sectors.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze diverse data
• Solid understanding of HR principles including compensation, performance, employment law, and organizational design
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt style for various stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

For our client, we are seeking a Sr HR Business Partner - G&A to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will partner closely with G&A and creative leaders to support a rapidly scaling organization through thoughtful people strategy and strong organizational design. The ideal candidate will help managers navigate performance, employee relations, and headcount planning while enabling a high-performing team environment. This position also plays a key role in aligning HR practices with business priorities to support growth and an evolving care model.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on performance management and team dynamics to support rapid scaling
