Position SummaryThe Sr. HR Business Partner provides thought partnership and support to stakeholders in matters including but not limited to: employee and labor relations, performance management, talent management, coaching, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and HR compliance. The Sr. HR Business Partner is instrumental in executing the Company’s people initiatives and programs, providing great internal customer support, as well as driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. This role serves as an important member of the Rifle, CO and La Mirada, CA leadership teams and is actively engaged as a member of the HEM HR team.

Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as an applicant's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.
U.S. Market-Based Salary Range
Sr. HR Business Partner
[$94,500.00 -$122,700.00]
In addition to base compensation, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and profit-sharing payout.
