Description:
The Sr. HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management within designated business units. The Sr. HRBP acts as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues, serving as an employee champion and change agent. This role involves assessing and anticipating HR needs, proactively communicating with HR and business management, and developing integrated solutions. The Sr. HRBP partners across HR functions to deliver value-added services that support the organization’s objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of a professional discipline, typically obtained through a 4-year degree or equivalent specialized training directly related to the role. A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience is required.
