The Sr. HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The Sr. HRBP serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues, acts as an employee champion and change agent, and assesses HR needs proactively. The Sr. HRBP develops integrated solutions and formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees, reflecting the organization’s objectives.
Minimum Qualifications: A thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical, or professional discipline, obtained through a 4-year degree or equivalent specialized training.
