We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager who excels at building and executing creative marketing campaigns with real pipeline impact. You’ll manage programs across LinkedIn, events, partnerships, and digital channels, working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, success, product, and engineering teams to execute.

You understand how to stand out in a sea of content and focus on generating positive momentum with customers, prospects, and community members, including pipeline generation.

This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence in San Francisco 2-3 times per week to foster a collaborative culture.

What You’ll Do
  1. Own Campaign Execution: Build and run marketing campaigns from start to finish—coordinating creative, content, execution, reporting, and follow-ups that turn prospects into revenue.
  2. Produce Product Content: Collaborate with product and sales teams to create engaging content highlighting the value of the Nooks platform.
  3. Coordinate Across Teams: Partner with sales, success, and product teams to brainstorm and implement actionable programs.
  4. Drive Social and Brand Engagement: Use organic posts to amplify campaigns and build awareness and thought leadership among sales audiences.
  5. Be A Video Whiz: Produce high-quality videos at scale for sharing, comfortable behind the camera and editing.
  6. Experiment and Iterate: Test new campaign types, formats, and channels to optimize results.
What You Bring
  1. 5+ years in growth or demand generation marketing, ideally in sales tech, GTM tech, or SaaS.
  2. Proven ability to create and execute campaigns that generate pipeline.
  3. Strong creative instincts and experience across content, social, and paid channels.
  4. Confidence working in ambiguous environments and driving initiatives forward.
  5. Bonus: Experience with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, or paid advertising platforms.
