What Your Future Looks Like

Works with the B2B team of TP-Link Systems to create designs for flyers, website attributes, advertisements, forms, presentations, PPTs, posters, packaging, and displays.

Develops design ideas by gathering information and data through research.

Illustrates concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy, considering arrangement, size, style, and aesthetic concepts.

Collaborates with designers, internal departments, and Marketing Channel Managers to produce professional, results-driven creative work.

Obtains approval of concepts by submitting rough layouts for review.

Completes projects by ensuring designs meet all company standards and receive final approval.

Thinks creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.

Proofreads to ensure work is accurate and of high quality.

Presents final ideas and concepts to account managers.

Works across a wide range of media.

Contributes ideas and artwork to the overall brief.

Prepares layouts and artwork for print.

Requirements

BFA degree in graphic design or related field.

5-7+ years of graphic design experience preferred.

Proficiency in HTML/CSS to assist with email or web page coding (approx. 50% of time).

Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.

A strong portfolio showcasing your work is required; an online portfolio is mandatory.

Experience creating artwork and design layouts from concept to final approval and implementation.

Understanding of composition, color, hierarchy, and balance.

Experience with branding and visual standards.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

Exceptional creativity and innovation.

Attention to detail and strong time management skills.

Knowledge of current trends and their application.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with 3D software such as KeyShot, Blender, or similar tools.

Experience in responsive email design and email marketing best practices.

Familiarity with video editing or motion graphics is a plus.

Practical B2B experience in graphic design.

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000.
