An established industry player is looking for a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team. This role involves developing and refining brand identities, creating compelling designs for various media, and producing engaging short-form videos. We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with 5 to 8 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, logo design, banner design, product packaging, and short video editing. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and creative teams to develop visually appealing content that aligns with our brands identity and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Branding & Identity Design:
- Develop and refine brand identities, including logos, color schemes, typography, and other visual elements.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s branding guidelines and standards.
2. Graphic Design:
- Create compelling and innovative designs for various digital and print media, including banners, posters, brochures, social media content, email campaigns, and website assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visually engaging campaigns.
3. Product & Packaging Design:
- Design packaging for products, ensuring that it is both visually appealing and functional.
- Work closely with product development teams to create packaging that aligns with brand standards and resonates with the target audience.
4. Short Video Editing:
- Edit and produce short-form videos for social media, advertising, and promotional content.
- Work with the content creation team to develop video concepts that align with marketing goals.
5. Collaborative Work:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales to ensure design alignment with business goals.
- Provide creative input and suggest improvements for existing designs and campaigns.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide regular updates on progress.
6. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
- Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Implement new techniques and ideas to keep the brand’s visual content fresh and engaging.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: 5 to 8 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong focus on branding, logo design, and packaging.
2. Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
3. Video Editing: Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
4. Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, logo design, packaging, and video editing.
5. Education:A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
