The successful candidate will develop creative strategies, manage team performance, and translate client objectives into impactful visual content.

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing and presenting creative concepts and strategies for eCommerce brands.
2. Designing engaging assets that communicate brand messages effectively.
3. Leading and managing a team of in-house and remote designers.
4. Providing feedback, facilitating critiques, and improving team processes.
5. Introducing new tools and ideas to enhance team efficiency.
6. Translating client objectives into impactful designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in graphic design, preferably in eCommerce or advertising.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong design principles, typography, and color theory knowledge.
• Experience in concept development and creative strategy.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
