Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Sr. General Manager (Operations Manager) to lead a contracted effort at NAS Patuxent River, MD. The role requires acting as the overall lead and primary interface with government program authorities on technical and program issues.

Candidates will manage contractor execution, resource acquisition, and SOP development. A MS/MA in a technical or business discipline and TOP SECRET clearance are required. Availability depends on contract award.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience related to the labor category functional description.
• Shall act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort.
• Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
• Oversees contractor execution of the contract requirements.
• Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources.
• Duties include developing and implementing standard operating procedures to improve the effectiveness of the contracted effort.
