Job summary

Acrisure, LLC is seeking a Senior General Liability and Medical Malpractice Adjuster to remotely manage complex claims assignments, including medical malpractice and other liability matters. You will assess coverage, interview claimants, review medical records, and negotiate settlements while coordinating with attorneys and clients.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, multi-state adjuster licenses, and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5-7 years prior experience handling professional liability/medical malpractice, auto/general liability, or equivalent.
• Active multi-state adjuster licenses required.
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Analytical thinking skills required to properly evaluate complex claims.

Responsibilities

• Receives claim assignments from claim supervisor and examines records to determine coverage.
• Interviews claimants and clients within established time frames; documents results.
• Reviews medical records and bills to ensure reasonableness and relation to injury.
• Negotiates settlements within authority; coordinates with attorneys and litigation process.
• Mentors less experienced colleagues and assists with client development and problem solving.
• Manages complex liability claims and healthcare liability across states; analyzes and resolves client issues.
