Acrisure is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster licensed in California for a remote opportunity that supports a dedicated account. The role requires handling claims from intake through resolution, with focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely settlements.

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience, CA Adjuster Certification, and strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience handling workers’ compensation claims.
• Current California Adjuster Certification.
• Familiarity with state workers’ compensation laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess coverage and review claims for investigations, action plans, evaluation, fraud, and claim resolution.
• Complete quality investigations by gathering pertinent information and documents.
• Conduct liability analysis and determine reserves and settlements within authority.
• Manage claims from inception to resolution with timely payments.
• Coordinate with defense teams for litigation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company procedures.
