Job description

This role will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s PSA solution for customers in the professional services industry and for establishing best practices for all PSA deployments.

The ideal candidate should have experience implementing Projects, Project Billing, Project Budgets, Customer Accounts, Customer Contracts, Resource Forecasting, and Resource Management, along with knowledge of PSA touchpoints such as Expenses and Time Tracking.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering consulting engagements as a Lead Consultant implementing financial applications (Workday, SAP, Oracle, FinancialForce, Kantata, Microsoft Dynamics, Deltek, Planview, Netsuite, etc.), focusing on revenue accounting, PSA, project accounting, CPQ, or order to cash.
• 2+ years of experience working with various industries implementing Workday PSA and/or financial functionality or comparable enterprise cloud applications.

Other Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong background in Workday consulting is a plus.
• Prior experience in SaaS implementation methodologies.
• Familiarity with Workday deployment methodology and processes is advantageous.

• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and providing organizational strategies supporting project and customer teams.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across internal teams and with executive leadership.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable working autonomously with various tools in a new role.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
