Qualifications:

• Domain Expertise: 3+ years of experience in merchandising, financial planning, demand planning, or supply planning within the retail or consumer goods industry.
• Deep understanding of retail planning processes, challenges, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement:
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and challenges.
   • Lead client workshops and requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and objectives.
   • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for o9 platform configuration and customization.
   • Provide expert guidance and recommendations on industry best practices.
2. Solution Implementation:
   • Configure and implement o9 Supply Planning, Demand Planning, MEIO, IBP, S&OP, etc., reference product models or customized solutions as per client requests.
   • Expertise in IBP, Action Buttons, Procedures, Plugins, Widgets, Roles, DSR, etc.
   • Possess supply chain functional knowledge.
   • Develop and execute test plans to ensure solution quality and alignment with client requirements.
   • Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams to enable effective utilization of the o9 platform.
3. Post-Implementation Support:
   • Monitor solution performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
   • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to address client issues and optimize solution effectiveness.
   • Stay updated on o9 product updates and enhancements, recommending relevant upgrades to clients.
4. Thought Leadership:
   • Contribute to the development of o9's thought leadership and knowledge base.
   • Share expertise through presentations, webinars, and white papers.
   • Participate in industry events and conferences to represent o9 and network with potential clients.
