Job description

This role will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s PSA solution for professional services industry customers and help establish and champion best practices for all PSA deployments.

The ideal candidate should have experience implementing Projects, Project Billing, Project Budgets, Customer Accounts, Customer Contracts, Resource Forecasting, and Resource Management, along with knowledge of PSA touchpoints such as Expenses and Time Tracking.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering consulting engagements as a Lead Consultant implementing financial applications (Workday, SAP, Oracle, Financial Force, Kantata, Microsoft Dynamics, Deltek, Planview, Netsuite, etc.), focusing on revenue accounting, PSA, project accounting, CPQ, or order to cash.
• 2+ years of experience working with various industries implementing Workday PSA and/or financial functionality or comparable enterprise cloud applications.

Other Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong background in Workday consulting is a plus.
• Prior experience in SaaS implementation methodologies.
• Strong background in Workday deployment methodology and processes is a plus.

• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and providing organizational strategies.
• Proven ability to lead multiple initiatives independently.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, including communicating with executive leadership.
• Resourceful and adaptable, comfortable working autonomously with various tools.

Travel and Location

• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• This position can be remote; preference given to candidates near Workday offices.
