Job summary

A2e Technologies in San Diego is seeking an FPGA Design Engineer for a contract-to-perm role, onsite only, starting ASAP. The candidate will bring 10+ years FPGA design experience, strong VHDL and SystemVerilog skills, and thorough bring-up expertise.

Experience with cryptography, packet handling, external digital interfaces, and Microchip FPGAs is a plus; active government clearance is required. This is a long-term, onsite opportunity with full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years FPGA design experience.
• Strong VHDL & SystemVerilog skills.
• Deep experience with bring-up.
• Cryptography knowledge preferred.
• Packet handling and external digital interfaces required.
• Experience with Microchip FPGAs a plus.
• Active government clearance required.
