Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your Future Prepare financial reporting of KPIs to provide accurate and timely reporting to management for decision-making purposes and to support strategic initiatives; Support Regional and Divisional teams as it relates to Homebuilding forecasting using EPM (Hyperion), including HB metrics, Constructions Costs, Land and Other COGS; this position prepares numerous monthly and quarterly reconciliations (Essbase, Hyperion, E1), as well as prepares monthly and quarterly internal reports and fulfills ad hoc requests for Finance (Corporate FP&A, Accounting, CFO, Senior Management, etc.).
