Manage the international revenue forecast, incorporating customer performance, commercial activity, pipeline trends, macroeconomic factors, and changing business conditions.

Analyze monthly and quarterly revenue performance against forecast, budget, and prior year results to identify key trends and business drivers.

Partner closely with regional business leaders and international stakeholders to understand revenue performance and improve forecast accuracy.

Provide decision support and financial guidance related to market expansion opportunities, customer activity, sales performance, and business initiatives.

Monitor risks and opportunities across international markets and proactively communicate impacts to leadership.

Develop and enhance forecasting methodologies, reporting tools, and analytical models to increase visibility into the drivers of international business performance.

Present financial insights and recommendations to finance leadership and business partners in support of strategic planning and operational decision‑making.

Business Unit Operating Expense Management

Own forecasting, planning, reporting, and variance analysis for key Restaurants operating expenses, including labor, commissions, bad debt, travel, and other operating costs.

Serve as the primary finance partner to business leaders responsible for operating expense management and budget accountability.

Analyze monthly financial results against forecast and budget, identifying key variances and recommending corrective actions when needed.

Lead expense forecasting processes and maintain a comprehensive view of spending trends, cost drivers, and organizational impacts.

Support headcount planning, workforce forecasting, and labor expense management by partnering with hiring managers and business leaders.

Ensure organizational changes, hiring plans, restructuring activities, and compensation impacts are accurately reflected within financial forecasts.

Develop reporting and analytical tools that improve visibility into spending patterns and support effective cost management.

Identify operational efficiencies and opportunities to optimize expense performance while supporting business growth objectives.

Business Partnership & Strategic Finance

Act as a trusted advisor to operational and commercial leaders by providing financial insights that influence business decisions.

Partner closely with Sales, Merchant Services, and Operations teams to understand revenue drivers and operational performance.

Collaborate directly with Vice Presidents, Sales Leaders, and Account Executives to support planning, forecasting, and performance discussions.

Translate financial results into clear business recommendations that support both short-term execution and long-term strategic objectives.

Support executive-level presentations, financial reviews, and monthly business performance discussions.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across forecasting processes, financial analysis, reporting capabilities, and business planning activities.

Required Qualifications
