About The Role:

As a CBRE Finance Sr. Analyst, you’ll apply advanced cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a complex portfolio of CBRE clients and properties. This role is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations function, responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete intermediate to advanced accounting transactions for client financial statements.
• Create and post journal entries, ensure all expenses and transactions are accurately recorded.
• Generate and review financial packages, ensuring timely delivery.
• Review and audit funding and payment requests for accuracy and proper documentation.
• Respond to complex accounting issues and resolve them effectively.
• Identify potential issues and take corrective actions.
• Maintain and report on benchmarks and performance metrics.
• Apply standard principles and procedures to routine problems.
• Lead by example, model CBRE RISE values, and influence team behavior.
• Work within standardized procedures to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Communicate complex information clearly to others.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience; experience and education considered in lieu of degree.
• Understanding of procedures and standards for solving slightly complex problems.
• Ability to analyze solutions using technical judgment and precedents.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for calculating complex figures like percentages and fractions.
