About The Role

As a CBRE Finance Sr. Analyst, you will apply advanced cash and accrual accounting principles to prepare, evaluate, and deliver accurate financial reports for a diverse portfolio of clients and properties. This role involves maintaining accounting policies and controls within the Financial Strategy and Operations function.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client financial statement packages, including creating and posting journal entries.
• Generate and review financial reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Audit funding and payment requests, ensuring documentation and authorization compliance.
• Address complex accounting issues and resolve client and management inquiries.
• Identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and report on benchmarks and performance metrics.
• Apply standard accounting principles to routine problems and tasks.
• Lead by example, demonstrating CBRE RISE values, and influence team performance.
• Explain complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with 2-5 years of relevant experience; experience and education may substitute.
• Understanding of standard procedures and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset.

Benefits & Compensation
