Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Sr. Field Service Technician III to perform on-site repairs and preventive maintenance of beverage equipment at customer locations.

You will diagnose complex equipment, install and configure fountains, coolers, and vending systems, and ensure all plumbing, electrical, and mechanical connections are sound. Responsibilities include documenting parts usage, maintaining inventory, and traveling within the assigned area while delivering professional, safe, and courteous

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years beverage equipment repair/maintenance experience.
• Must be 21+ and have a valid driver's license.
• Lift up to 50lbs repeatedly, up to 80lbs occasionally.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Mechanical/technical troubleshooting skills.
• Team player and follow established procedures.
• Follow PPE safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site repairs, part replacements, and adjustments to restore beverage fountains, coolers, and vending equipment to optimal functionality
• Diagnose multiple types of complex equipment (e.g., B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine, Coolers and Vending) to determine work, parts, and materials needed and make required repairs
• Ensure that all plumbing, electrical, and mechanical connections are properly installed and functioning correctly
• Install, assemble, and configure beverage fountains/ cold drink equipment and related equipment as needed
• Document travel, labor, and materials (parts and supplies) using a handheld device
• Check-in and out equipment and materials (parts and supplies) using a designated process
• Maintain accurate parts inventory ($30-$35K est. value)
• Upon completion of the service call, clean and sanitize equipment and work area
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle
• Provide professional and courteous service while on-site, addressing client questions and concerns
• Travel to and from customer locations in assigned area
• Performs other duties as assigned

What does a Sr. Field Service Technician do at Swire Coca-Cola?

As a Field Service Technician III, you will be a key member of our Field Service team, responsible for the proper repair, maintenance and occasional installation of beverage equipment at various client locations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the rapid response to equipment malfunctions while providing exceptional service. As a Technician III, your work focused more on fountain repair and/or perform repairs on coolers, vending machines, and payment systems. This position may require fountain install/removal and cold drink equipment install/ removal in some territories. Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• 1+ years Previous experience in beverage equipment repair, maintenance, or a related field required
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Lift up 50lbs repetitively and occasionally up to 80lbs
• Ability to operate and/or use a variety of hand and power tools
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow established procedures
• Willing to follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe work environment
