Schneider’s Power Services Field Service Representatives play an impactful role within the organization. They collaborate with customers, sales representatives, team members, and third-party partners to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment in various environments. We provide all Field Service Representatives with comprehensive product training, along with training on digital and physical tools. Schneider Electric supplies service vehicles, tools, uniforms, mobile devices, and laptops for daily use.
This role offers a home-based, flexible schedule with a 40-hour guarantee plus overtime.
This position is within our U.S. Services business, specifically our Power Services team, OEM for SquareD, focusing on electrical distribution equipment inside critical facilities.
Support includes equipment such as electrical switchgear, PDUs, RPPs, BMS systems, PLCs, HMIs, drives, power monitoring, and protective relays.
Initial training includes two weeks at our Dallas, TX facility, followed by online training and mentorship. We offer inclusive benefits, flexible work arrangements, paid leave, 401(k) match, and more.
