As the Field Service Lead, you will develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations, driving customer satisfaction and business growth. You will report directly to the General Manager and work out of our home site on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction, business growth, and the success of our field service operations by providing leadership and strategic decision‑making.
