Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Lead Advanced Field Service Technician in Columbia, SC on a Hybrid schedule to provide advanced technical support in Industrial Automation, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive customer satisfaction.

You will report to the Sr Field Supervisor and collaborate with cross-functional teams while delivering on-site and remote service, training customers, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Job Description As a Lead Advanced Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will provide advanced technical support in the Industrial Automation unit, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Sr Field Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Columbia, SC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.

Key Responsibilities
