What You'll Do

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind successful project execution by:

• Developing comprehensive project plans that define timelines, resources, deliverables, and key milestones.
• Leading seamless project intake, setup, and coordination using Adobe Workfront.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams including marketing strategists, creative leaders, designers, copywriters, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitating project kickoffs, Agile ceremonies, status meetings, and stakeholder reviews to maintain alignment and momentum.
• Managing project schedules, priorities, and workflows while adapting plans to evolving business needs and project requirements.
• Tracking project progress and communicating updates, milestones, risks, and dependencies through a consistent project management methodology.
• Identifying potential risks, roadblocks, and resource constraints early, and implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
• Serving as a central communication hub between production teams, strategists, and business partners to ensure expectations are clear and objectives are met.
• Supporting project retrospectives and closeout activities to capture lessons learned and drive operational excellence.
• Championing a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, scalability, efficiency, and project outcomes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Hillsboro, OR.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54.83 - $54.83/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
