Job summary

SitelogIQ, Inc. seeks a Senior Facility Analyst to lead large FCA projects nationwide. You will combine hands‑on building systems expertise with project leadership, field‑team coordination, and capital planning to deliver recommendations and budgets.

You will evaluate conditions, develop scopes, and present findings to clients, collaborating with Engineers, Architects, and Operations professionals. Base compensation is 105K-125K with remote work when not at client sites.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in facility assessments, facilities management, engineering, architecture, construction, capital planning, or HVAC/building systems.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance needs, and capital replacement planning.
• Experience independently leading complex projects and directing field teams.
• Experience developing facility improvement recommendations, preliminary scopes, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead FCA projects from planning and fieldwork through quality review and final deliverables.
• Direct field assessment teams and ensure accurate data collection.
• Evaluate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety, and other systems.
• Assess system condition, deficiencies, remaining useful life, and replacement needs.
• Review drawings, maintenance records, and prior studies to support findings.
• Develop capital improvement recommendations, scopes, priorities, and budgets.
• Review data, photos, and recommendations for quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Architects, and Operations teams to refine recommendations.

The Senior Facility Analyst leads large, complex Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) projects for clients nationwide. This role combines hands‑on building systems expertise with project leadership, field‑team coordination, and capital planning.

You’ll evaluate facility conditions, identify deficiencies and capital improvement opportunities, develop preliminary scopes and budgets, and present recommendations to clients. You’ll also lead assessment teams and collaborate closely with Engineers, Architects, and Operations professionals.

Base Compensation: 105K-125K

Work Arrangement: Remote when not at a client site
Travel: Up to 50% nationwide travel

What You’ll Do

• Lead Facility Condition Assessment projects from planning and fieldwork through quality review and final deliverables.
• Direct field assessment teams and ensure accurate, consistent documentation and data collection.
• Evaluate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety, security, building envelope, interiors, and site systems.
• Assess system condition, deficiencies, remaining useful life, and capital replacement needs.
• Review drawings, maintenance records, prior studies, and facility information to support assessment findings.
• Develop capital improvement recommendations, preliminary scopes of work, priorities, and rough‑order‑of‑magnitude budgets.
• Review assessment data, condition ratings, photos, and recommendations for quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Architects, and Operations teams to refine project recommendations.
• Present assessment findings, facility needs, and budget assumptions to clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant experience in facility assessments, facilities management, engineering, architecture, construction, capital planning, or HVAC/building systems.
• Strong practical knowledge of building systems, maintenance needs, and capital replacement planning.
• Experience independently leading complex projects and directing field teams.
• Experience developing facility improvement recommendations, preliminary scopes, and budget estimates.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to nontechnical clients.
• Comfortable working with digital assessment platforms, spreadsheets, tablets, and field data collection tools.
• Degree in engineering, architecture, facilities management, construction management, or a related technical field preferred. Equivalent education, training, and experience will be considered.
• K-12, facilities management, capital planning, or large facility portfolio experience is a plus.

This is a hands‑on role that may involve walking large facilities, climbing stairs or ladders, and accessing mechanical rooms, rooftops, attics, crawl spaces, and other building areas. Candidates should be comfortable working in active facility environments and occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.
