SitelogIQ, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead public-sector construction projects across Michigan. You will be the primary client partner from contract through closeout, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, communication, and overall delivery.

The role requires a minimum of 10+ years in construction-related fields, a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong scheduling and budgeting skills, and proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and Procore. Travel up to 30% is expected.

• 10+ years of relevant construction, engineering, architecture, or client engagement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration knowledge.
• K-12 experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and Procore.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead public-sector construction projects across the state if Michigan. In this highly visible role, you’ll be the primary client partner from contract through closeout, overseeing project scope, schedule, budget, communication, and overall delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Lead construction projects through design, construction, and closeout
• Manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, billings, and project performance
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and provide regular project updates

What We’re Looking For

Physical & Environmental Demands

Requires prolonged sitting, computer use, and communication, with frequent standing, walking, and occasional ladder climbing. Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds when needed. Requires close vision and the ability to adjust focus to perform essential job duties.

Regular jobsite visits are required. Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments and may involve exposure to weather, heat, noise, dust, and typical construction site conditions.
