Job summary

SitelogIQ, Inc. seeks a Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day construction activities from demolition through occupancy, coordinating with project teams and clients to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Based in Michigan with a hybrid work arrangement, the role requires frequent site visits, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across active projects. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction field experience in Foreman/Supervisor roles.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, project execution, and contractor coordination.
• K-12 experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced construction environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Procore experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams at all levels.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PM and Engineering during design, implementation, commissioning, and warranty phases.
• Support successful project closeout and turnover activities.

We are seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day execution of construction projects from demolition through startup and occupancy. In this role, you'll manage onsite activities, support project delivery, coordinate with project teams and clients, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. Reporting to the Regional Field Manager, you'll partner closely with Project Managers, Engineering, and Construction teams to drive successful project outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Oversee onsite project execution from demolition through startup and occupancy

What We're Looking For

Location & Travel

• Based in Michigan with a hybrid work arrangement
• Frequent onsite presence required at active construction projects
• Up to 75% travel required
• Regular site visits are required throughout the workday.
• Work is performed in both office and construction site environments, including exposure to weather, noise, dust, and other typical jobsite conditions.

Physical & Environmental Demands

• Requires sitting, standing, walking, computer use, and regular communication throughout the day.
• Must be able to navigate active construction sites, including occasional ladder climbing.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Requires close vision and the ability to adjust focus to perform essential job duties.
