Job summary
NTT DATA Americas, Inc. is seeking an experienced F&A and Procure To Pay SME to lead the delivery of Agentic Finance Transformation programs across Manufacturing, Retail, Hi-Tech, and Healthcare.
You will pair deep domain knowledge with ERP, AI, and automation to craft scalable, outcome-driven solutions for global clients. The role requires executive presence, strong client influence, and collaboration with Sales, Operations, Consulting, Product, and AI teams to shape next-generation BPaaS
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field with advanced business/IT focus.
- MBA or professional certification preferred.
- 10+ years in solutioning, consulting, or enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale BPO/Managed Services/BPaaS.
- Design transformation-led solutions across F&A, P2P, O2C, S2P, and Shared Services.
- Embed Agentic AI capabilities into business processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with AI, data science, and product teams to create autonomous agents and AI copilots.
- Develop reusable assets, accelerators, and governance for client programs.
- Stay current on GenAI, process mining, and orchestration technologies.
