Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Senior Manager to lead large-scale F&A transformations for Fortune 500 clients. You will blend domain mastery with AI fluency and ERP ecosystems, selling, shaping, and delivering multi‑year engagements while building CFO/CAO relationships.

You will manage global deals, drive senior stakeholder alignment, and champion AI-first operating models across PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A domains. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years in large-scale F&A transformation with a clear sales component.
Minimum 5 years deep domain experience in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.
CPA certification preferred.
Experience with AI/ERP ecosystems in Finance transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead F&A Sales and Practice — own full deal lifecycle from pursuit to execution.
Drive CFO-level relationships and identify new opportunities.
Design AI-first Finance solutions leveraging agentic AI and ERP tech.
Translate transformation programs into clear value narratives.
Lead process re-engineering and AI integration in chosen F&A domain.
Set thought leadership in Finance Reinvention and related forums.
