Blackstone Talent Group is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to partner with the CEO and select members of the executive leadership team. This role blends executive support, Board administration, project coordination, and operational assistance in a collaborative setting.

The successful candidate will work with the Office of the CEO and Board of Directors, exercising independence, judgment, and accountability to anticipate needs and resolve issues across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressively responsible Executive Assistant experience supporting the Office of the CEO.
  • Experience supporting Board of Directors activities, including meeting coordination and governance processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex priorities with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Demonstrated discretion, judgment, and ability to build relationships across an organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive executive support to the CEO and select members of the Executive Leadership Team, managing calendars, priorities, communications, and logistics.
  • Coordinate Board of Directors meetings, materials, and governance-related processes.
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems, and drive timely resolutions across the organization.
  • Support planning, meeting preparation, follow-up actions, and execution of key priorities with executives.
  • Plan and coordinate executive leadership meetings, offsites, and company-wide events.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and confidential business documents.
  • Collaborate with administrative professionals to create a seamless support model.
  • Manage travel, expenses, purchasing, and meeting logistics as needed.

About the Role

The Senior Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to the Chief Executive Officer and select members of the executive leadership team, helping maximize leadership effectiveness and organizational execution. This role combines executive support, Board administration, project coordination, and operational support in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment.

The successful candidate brings experience supporting the Office of the CEO and Board of Directors activities, while operating with a high degree of independence, judgment, discretion, and accountability. They proactively anticipate needs, solve problems, build strong relationships across the organization, and create clarity amid competing priorities.

This individual thrives in environments that require agility, adaptability, and collaboration. They are equally comfortable coordinating complex executive and Board activities, improving processes, managing special projects, and supporting the day-to-day operations that help the organization run effectively.

Success in this role requires a proactive, team-first mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to all employees, visitors, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive executive support to the CEO and select Executive Leadership Team members, managing complex calendars, priorities, communications, and logistics.
  • Coordinate Board of Directors and committee activities, including meeting scheduling, preparation and distribution of materials, director communications, and governance-related processes.
  • Anticipate business needs and identify potential issues before they become problems, proposing practical solutions and driving timely resolution.
  • Partner closely with executives to support planning, meeting preparation, follow-up actions, and successful execution of key priorities.
  • Coordinate executive leadership meetings, Board meetings, employee meetings, offsites, and other companywide events, where support is needed.
  • Develop, prepare, and manage presentations, reports, correspondence, and other confidential business materials.
  • Build effective relationships across functions and serve as a trusted point of coordination among executives, employees, Board members, and external stakeholders.
  • Drive administrative excellence through continuous improvement of processes, tools, and ways of working that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow administrative professionals to create a seamless support model across the organization.
  • Assist with travel, expense & purchasing management, meeting logistics, visitor support, and workplace activities as needed.
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and business judgment.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressively responsible Executive Assistant experience supporting the Office of the Chief Executive Officer.
  • Experience supporting Board of Directors activities, including meeting coordination, Board materials, executive communications, and governance-related processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple complex priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and exercise sound judgment in situations requiring discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot and Teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and remain focused on outcomes.
