$135,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

This position will lead the Estimating Department ensuring profitability for Public Commercial projects ($5-$8M) - ground-up (70%) & renovation (30%) to include municipal work, hospitals, churches, schools, airports, etc. Responsible for quantity takeoffs, hard bids, overseeing bid documents, addendums, RFIs, design correspondence, providing budgets, and procuring construction drawings. Proficiency in ProCore, Build Connect, and ProEst softwares is ideal.

Salary $130k-$150k + $5-7K bonus (don’t let $ deter you!)
