The role requires 10+ years of hands-on estimating experience in construction, GMP proposal knowledge, and proficiency with PlanSwift, Sage, iSqFt, and Bluebeam Revu. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential to collaborate with project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred.
• 10+ years of hands-on estimating experience in commercial construction.
• Knowledge with GMP proposal handling is required.
• Understanding of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions, and trade practices.
• Pre-construction activities on CM contracts including client/designer meetings expected.
• OSHA 30 or 10 Certification recommended.

Responsibilities

• Core duties include supporting subcontractor and supplier estimating and bidding processes.
• Draft, proof, audit, and deliver private and public proposals.
• Coordinate with Project Executives, Marketing, and Accounting on contributions to proposals.
• Scope sub-tier bids for completeness and compliance.
• Ensure bidding regulatory compliance and project goals.
• Develop and prepare work scope by trade packages for bidding.
