Base pay range

$180,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr

Up to $210,000 Base + Bonus

The Role

As Chief Estimator, you’ll lead all preconstruction efforts, developing accurate and competitive cost strategies for projects ranging from $20M to $500M. You’ll oversee a team of estimators, build strong relationships with subcontractors, and play a strategic role in winning complex, high-profile work.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ estimating experience in commercial construction
• Strong portfolio in South Florida high- and mid-rise projects
• 3+ years in a leadership or chief role
• Skilled in Procore, OST, PlanSwift, Bluebeam
• Deep understanding of local subcontractor market

• Up to $220K base salary + bonus (OTE $300K+)
