The Enterprise Federal Account Executive will be responsible for new business within the US Federal Government, supporting the missions of Intelligence Federal Agencies. This will involve account planning, territory management, researching prospects, employing business development strategies, and executing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territories, or verticals.

What you get to do in this role:
  • Develop relationships with multiple Program Directors within Government Agencies and Offices.
  • Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team, orchestrating an account strategy across a broad virtual team (Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing).
  • Drive all lines of ServiceNow products to agency clients as a Core Sr Account Executive.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to agencies by understanding their business and advising on how ServiceNow can support their current and future roadmaps.
  • Coordinate client engagements by involving product line specialists, value consultants, principal architects, sales leadership, customer advocates, and product leadership teams.
To be successful in this role you have:
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's industry impact.
  • 10+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organizations.
  • Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and teams at executive and cabinet levels.
  • Experience in generating new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong relationships with Program Directors.
  • Understanding of agency missions and prior experience selling to government agencies.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand the broader IT landscape and our strategic plans.
  • Experience promoting a customer success focus in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
  • TS/SCI with FS Poly Clearance.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $128,400 to $211,900, plus equity (if applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and comprehensive benefits. Compensation varies based on location, qualifications, and experience. Benefits include health plans, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, flexible time off, and family leave programs.
