Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Consultant / Business Development Manager at The Saratoga Group. The Consultant will lead strategic advisory projects, manage client engagements, conduct in-depth market analysis, and develop solutions to advance national security and American competitive advantage. Responsibilities include overseeing project execution, driving client relationships, and providing thought leadership to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Advanced skills in consulting, business development, strategic planning, and market analysis
  • Proven business development experience, with a track record of closing federal deals exceeding $10 million
  • Proven expertise in client engagement and relationship management, with a track record of leading high-stakes client interactions
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management and problem-solving abilities, including experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Deep knowledge of national security policies, technology trends, and federal market dynamics
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • 4-8 years of professional experience in consulting, strategic advisory, business development, or related fields
