The Enterprise Federal Account Executive will focus on new business within the US Federal Government, supporting the missions of Intelligence Federal Agencies. Responsibilities include account and territory planning, researching prospects, and executing field-based sales activities within a designated set of prospects, territories, or verticals.

What you will do:
  • Develop relationships with multiple Program Directors within Government Agencies and Offices.
  • Manage client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategies across virtual teams including Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing.
  • Drive all lines of ServiceNow products to agency clients as a Core Sr Account Executive.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding agency business needs and advising on how ServiceNow can support their roadmap.
  • Coordinate client engagements involving product line specialists, value consultants, architects, sales leadership, and other teams.
Qualifications:
  • Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI tools, automating workflows, or analyzing insights.
  • 10+ years of sales experience in software or solutions sales.
  • Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with clients and executive teams.
  • Experience generating new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining relationships with Program Directors.
  • Understanding of agency missions and prior experience selling to government agencies.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and understand IT plans.
  • Customer success orientation and team collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
  • TS/SCI with FS Poly Clearance.

Compensation ranges from $128,400 to $211,900, plus equity, incentives, and benefits, varying based on location and qualifications. Benefits include health plans, 401(k), ESPP, flexible time off, and family leave programs.
