Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager in east Tennessee to lead a team of electrical and mechanical engineers in the development of high-tech electromechanical medical devices.

The role focuses on architecture, design, testing, safety compliance and production support. Qualified candidates must have BSEE or MSEE and 10+ years of engineering management experience in the medical device industry.

The Sr. Engineering Manager will support thedevelopment, testing, safety compliance, and production of electromechanical systems for medical applications.

Qualified candidatesMUSThaveBSEE / MSEE degreesalong with10+ years Engineering Management experiencein medical device industry. Designs are for complex, cutting-edge medical devices involving high-power RF amplifiers, high-voltage and high-current power supplies.

This is a highly collaborative environment. Will be a great place for creative Engineering Managers who enjoy product design / development with very little "red tape" or "bureaucracy". It is also important that the Sr. Engineering Manager continue developing and mentoring Engineering talent.
