Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. seeks a Senior Engineering Manager in East Tennessee to lead a team of electrical and mechanical engineers in the development of advanced electromechanical medical devices.

You will oversee design, testing, safety compliance, and production activities in a fast-moving, high-impact environment. Candidates must hold BSEE or MSEE and have 10+ years of engineering management experience in medical devices.

Qualifications

• Must have BSEE or MSEE degrees.
• 10+ years of engineering management experience in medical devices.
• Experience leading EE and ME teams on high-tech electromechanical systems.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Engineering Manager will support thedevelopment, testing, safety compliance, and production of electromechanical systems for medical applications.

Qualified candidatesMUSThaveBSEE / MSEE degreesalong with10+ years Engineering Management experiencein medical device industry. Designs are for complex, cutting-edge medical devices involving high-power RF amplifiers, high-voltage and high-current power supplies.

This is a highly collaborative environment. Will be a great place for creative Engineering Managers who enjoy product design / development with very little "red tape" or "bureaucracy". It is also important that the Sr. Engineering Manager continue developing and mentoring Engineering talent.
