Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is assisting a privately-owned medical device manufacturer in east Tennessee in finding a Sr. Engineering Manager to lead a team of EE and ME engineers in the development of high-tech electromechanical medical devices.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of engineering management experience in the medical device industry, with BSEE or MSEE degrees, and a proven track record in development, testing, safety compliance, and production support.

Qualifications

• Must have BSEE or MSEE with 10+ years of engineering management in medical devices.
• Experience leading EE and ME teams on electromechanical systems.
• Familiar with development, testing, safety compliance, and production phases.

The Sr. Engineering Manager will support thedevelopment, testing, safety compliance, and production of electromechanical systems for medical applications.

This is a highly collaborative environment. Will be a great place for creative Engineering Managers who enjoy product design / development with very little "red tape" or "bureaucracy". It is also important that the Sr. Engineering Manager continue developing and mentoring Engineering talent.
