Job summary

Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager in Knoxville, TN to lead a team of electrical and mechanical engineers in the development of advanced electromechanical medical devices.

You will oversee development, testing, safety compliance, and production, while mentoring talent and driving rapid design iterations in a small, high-impact environment with minimal bureaucracy. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Must have BSEE or MSEE with 10+ years of engineering management in medical devices.
• Experience with complex electromechanical systems including RF amplifiers and high/low power supplies.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities in a collaborative environment.

Privately-owned medical device manufacturer in east TN has immediate opening for aSr. Engineering Managerwho canlead a team of EE's and ME'sin the development of high-tech electromechanical systems. The Sr. Engineering Manager will support thedevelopment, testing, safety compliance, and production of electromechanical systems for medical applications.

Qualified candidatesMUSThaveBSEE / MSEE degreesalong with10+ years Engineering Management experiencein medical device industry. Designs are for complex, cutting-edge medical devices involving high-power RF amplifiers, high-voltage and high-current power supplies.

This is a highly collaborative environment. Will be a great place for creative Engineering Managers who enjoy product design / development with very little "red tape" or "bureaucracy". It is also important that the Sr. Engineering Manager continue developing and mentoring Engineering talent.
