Eden Capital Careers is seeking aSr. Engineering Manager in Knoxville, TN to lead a combined EE/ME team in the development of advanced electromechanical medical devices.

You will guide development, testing, safety compliance, and production, while mentoring engineers and fostering talent in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. The role emphasizes strategic leadership with occasional deep dives into projects and a strong focus on delivering high-quality medical devices.

Formación

• Must have BSEE / MSEE degrees with 10+ years of Engineering Management experience in the medical device industry.
• Designs involve complex high-power RF amplifiers and high-current power supplies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of electrical and mechanical engineers in the development of electromechanical medical devices.
• Support development, testing, safety compliance, and production of electromechanical systems for medical applications.

The Sr. Engineering Manager will support thedevelopment, testing, safety compliance, and production of electromechanical systems for medical applications.

This is a highly collaborative environment. Will be a great place for creative Engineering Managers who enjoy product design / development with very little "red tape" or "bureaucracy". It is also important that the Sr. Engineering Manager continue developing and mentoring Engineering talent.
