Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager in Knoxville, TN to lead a joint EE/ME team in the development of advanced electromechanical medical devices.

You will drive design, verification, safety compliance, and production support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Qualified candidates will have a BSEE or MSEE and 10+ years of engineering management in medical devices, with hands-on leadership in high-power RF, high-voltage, and high-current systems.

Qualifications

• Must have BSEE or MSEE and 10+ years Engineering Management in medical devices.
• Experience leading a team of electrical and mechanical engineers on high-tech electromechanical systems.
• Experience with safety compliance, testing, and production support for medical devices.

The Sr. Engineering Manager will support thedevelopment, testing, safety compliance, and production of electromechanical systems for medical applications.

Qualified candidatesMUSThaveBSEE / MSEE degreesalong with10+ years Engineering Management experiencein medical device industry. Designs are for complex, cutting-edge medical devices involving high-power RF amplifiers, high-voltage and high-current power supplies.

This is a highly collaborative environment. Will be a great place for creative Engineering Managers who enjoy product design / development with very little "red tape" or "bureaucracy". It is also important that the Sr. Engineering Manager continue developing and mentoring Engineering talent.
