Job summary

Sora Resource Group in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager to lead a team of electrical and mechanical engineers in the development of advanced electromechanical medical devices.

You will drive design, testing, safety compliance, and production readiness for high-performance systems. Qualified candidates must have a BSEE or MSEE and 10+ years of engineering management experience in the medical device industry.

Qualifications

• Experience leading EE and ME teams.
• Work on high-power RF amplifiers, high-voltage and high-current power supplies for medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety compliance, regulatory readiness, and production support for high-performance systems.

This is a highly collaborative environment. Will be a great place for creative Engineering Managers who enjoy product design / development with very little "red tape" or "bureaucracy". It is also important that the Sr. Engineering Manager continue developing and mentoring Engineering talent.
