Summary of the Job

FNTS, with over 20 years in managed IT services, operates a state-of-the-art data center providing customized hosting and managed services. We are seeking a Mainframe Senior Engineer to join our engineering team. This role involves maintaining customer environments, supporting mainframe systems, and assisting with migrations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform reporting functions as required by customers
• Support and resolve cases and incidents
• Install, maintain, and configure ISV products
• Assist with hardware configuration and upgrades
• Participate in migration projects with minimal impact
• Maintain system documentation
• Support customer migrations to FNTS or remote management
• Implement new technologies and software releases
• Maintain system templates and participate in infrastructure projects
• Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed

Qualifications

Candidates should have experience with Mainframe systems, z/OS, subsystems, storage management, hardware configuration, and related technologies. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Compensation & Benefits
