Responsibilities

• Sets up and ensures operability of systems and hardware components prior to field deployment.
• Analyzes failed equipment, performs standard repairs, and tests of components or equipment.
• Physical IT hardware deployment and asset tracking.
• Repair and replace data connectors on network cables and data drop.
• Duties include installing, testing, maintaining, and repairing telephones.
• Perform data termination/ activation in telecommunication closets aka network connect (activation of data drops).
• Assists with telecommunications equipment and telephone switching equipment related to processing and transmission.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of experience with technical experience consisting of physical IT hardware deployment and asset tracking
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical experience consisting of operation systems such as Windows, Unix/Linux, or Apple.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in providing technical support in an in-person setting
