Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Sr. Engineer in Littleton, CO for a temporary 12+ month assignment. The role focuses on infrastructure support, hardware deployment, break/fix, and hands-on troubleshooting in-person.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of experience with Windows, Unix/Linux, or macOS, plus asset tracking and on-site support.

• Physical IT hardware deployment and asset tracking
• Repair and replace data connectors on network cables and data drop
• Duties include installing, testing, maintaining, and repairing telephones.
• Perform data termination/ activation in telecommunication closets aka network connect (activation of data drops)
• Assists with telecommunications equipment and telephone switching equipment related to processing and transmission

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of experience with technical experience consisting of physical IT hardware deployment and asset tracking
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical experience consisting of operation systems such as Windows, Unix/Linux, or Apple.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in providing technical support in an in-person setting

Additional Information

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
• Clean driving record as an MVR will be ran.

• Possible lifting may be required up to 50 lbs.
