Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 12 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years managing high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of Container Orchestration Systems (K8s) and Container Technology.
• Working knowledge in Systems programming languages such as Rust and Go, with solid data structures knowledge.
• Experience with Unix/Unix-like kernel internals (Linux) and distributed software design.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small, dynamic team building platform software for open-source runtimes and Kubernetes.
• Enable GPUs as first-class resources in Kubernetes, Kata Containers and Confidential Containers.
• Collaborate with NVIDIA engineering teams to ensure seamless integration across the stack.
• Plan, communicate, and multitask across tracks to adapt to changing priorities.
• Provide mentorship and drive engineering excellence and delivery.
