Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a Sr. Systems Software Engineer to design and build platform software around open-source container runtimes and Kubernetes. Candidates should be adept in Go, C, distributed systems, and Linux internals, with 8+ years in the field.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Expert level knowledge in a systems programming language (Go, C).
• Strong understanding of Container Orchestration Systems (K8s) and Container Technology.
• Knowledge of Linux OS system internals.

Responsibilities

• Work on enabling GPUs as first-class resources in container orchestrators such as Kubernetes.
• Be part of a small, dynamic team exploring innovative ways to simplify GPU accelerated app development, deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with NVIDIA engineering teams to ensure seamless integration across the stack.
• Contribute to core Cloud Native technologies enabling NVIDIA accelerators in the Kubernetes environment.
